1 year isn't enough time to implement the system in PES - they started using it at the start of this year and it would take 2 or 3 years to fit the engine in and customize it etc.

You shouldn't probably skip PES 2013 until you try the demo as Player ID sounds exciting and great and animations will be brand new and fresh. I'd say wait for the demo and then think if you're going to skip it or not Heres a video of the fox engine and you can see screens all over the web...

The graphics in PES 2012 weren't bad the just need to be sharper so one screenshot isn't enough, a vid will be better ;)
