^Did you read my post? I said that it has issues true, however some are making it look worse than it is. As for passing to the nearest player. Press L2+X for manual pass and the power bar rises slower. That way you can pass the ball to the nearest teammate easier. As for cross. Try manual too...

I am not so sure about that. I have both too but I am unsure weather it's better or not.
