Aye, but I'm not so sure about private games. In Call Of Duty it was 'advisable' to only have a maximum of 8, but we could have the full 18 if wanted. -------------------------------------- Tried to make a custom game, then invite people which appeared more successful than creating games...

When I was creating a private party earlier it said I could only have 8 players. I know it's unlikely we'll have more than that on a regular basis but when we do I hope that was a misread by me and we can have upto 16. :erm:

You won't need to pre-order unless the only gaming shops around you are Game, HMV and Zavvi. Woolworths, Tesco, Asda and PC World, as well as any independent stores, should have stock.

Why exactly are your parents not allowing you to have the game? Have they bought into the moral panic and think you'll end up a serial killer? Trying to persuade your dad would be the safer bet.
