The ps3 and xbox 360 are modern consoles so they'll have the same capabilities as the PC. They can connect with the internet so you can get patches like the PC.

Check your modem then. See if you're recieving the internet signal. Then start the ps3 again, and try to connect it again. Do the connection test on the ps3 also. Try again and again. It may take some tries. But it's weird that you're on wired and it does that error.

I didn't notice the penalties either, but you have to be completely blind not to notice the change in smoothness, and the slightly slower game speed. By slightly, I mean slightly, but it's there.

If you're on wireless, maybe the connection signal is not strong enough. My friend also have this problem. Try moving your ps3 closer to the router.

:no::faceplm: Such a fanvoy because I am saying the truth. Everyone who owns WE will know that it's only an updated version of pes. With a patch, pes can be like that and I think that with the latest patch pes became closer to that. Oh and for christ's sake, I own both pes and fifa. Never call...

I really hate online ones. Those who have bad connection will suffer for it because they can't get platinium trophy on ps3 and the big achievement on xbox. I think all games should leave online out. Online is fun because it's playing against other people. Gaining trophies is much more fair in...

If only pes online was as smooth and fluid as offline, Real Madrid and Barcelona could be stopped. In offline they can be stopped. But in online it's tough. Really tough.

It's bad, but not as much as pes 2009 I guess. Pes needs to sort this. But overall it's not 100% bad. As for the barca or real players. That's not pes' fault. Those people are stupid and wants to win without enjoying the game.

^True it doesn't matter. BTW if you really want to get it fast I reccomend this: A match vs CPU on beginner, play as Real Madrid vs a very low level team and after 2 games he most, you'll get it. ;)

Pes 09 had more lag online (though pes 10 still has many lags) and the speed was much faster. pes 2010 is definately 40% slower. Did you get HDMI on ps3 BTW? Maybe it's just your TV and the refresh rate that's making pes 2010 seem too fast. I've heard of these problems before.

^True though. Fifa 10 and pes 10 for me are equal. I own both on ps3 BTW so both at next gen.
