Man, I feel for you. San Andreas was the shit. It was so much damn fun. Basically, it was IV, but with worse graphics (of course), a greater variety and more exciting environments, more enjoyable missions, more fun overall, along with a better soundtrack too - that's San Andreas.

Online will never be a level playing field. Some people will spend 3 hours+ per day playing online to better their team whereas others may find enough time to play about 5 hours online a week, thus again creating quite a big difference. It's just the way things go. I'm sure one year as well...
