The green is how much stamina they will have for the next game and the blue small one is how much fatigue they have and will drain the green bar the more there is of it.

People dont need to moan about major things anymore like modes etc but simple things like nets, gloves, goalkeeper annimations etc are small details that can easily be completed and together would make a perfect gameplay experiance.
