Err guys. You can edit Other Teams B Nationalities (check the vid) PES 2010 - Which players can have their nationality edited 8chp_JLmh8Q&feature=player_embedded

they're made for PS3, you add them by copying to the XMB via a USB stick, then through edit mode, using 'create from scratch' - 'import data' and selecting the image. They don't work on PC, but try Pes-Patch.com they have great OFs for PC.
