So would it not be better to advertise it as a 50GB hard drive considering that is what the storage capacity is? If I'm looking at hard drives for the Xbox 360, I don't want to have to think "120GB hard drive eh? so is that about 95GB of storage?"

Couldn't agree more. The restriction we now have when controlling replays is very frustrating, no longer can we view a free kick with freedom to look over the wall but instead the camera angle sits on the ground pointing up. This is one of those pointless stupid removals that Konami have made...
