Just downloading this at the moment, and it's really taking a long time, I never usually have trouble downloading demos, ah well. It's been downloading for around 15 minutes (currently at 77%).

As hywellkid as said, it's 99% certain Konami won't make further DLC for PES2010, there's not much point really as they'll be working on DLC for PES2011 right now. And as soon as PES2011 is released, they'll have to create a patch too (things always go wrong in the first few weeks of release).

Don't accept Wikipedia as a reliable source, it's best to wait for confirmation from Konami themselves.
