Just got back from town (bought the Special Edition big box with everything), went to HMV and GAME to compare prices etc, was quite surprised to see no special editions in GAME though behind the counter. Everyone in there was buying Bioshock 2 though. I'm not sure I even want to play it now...

Thanks Sweey, but I might just stump up for the full collector's edition from ShopTo since it also comes with a Little Sister figure. The Rapture Edition which is cheaper has an art-book quite like the Collector's but, with around half the pages missing and I believe it's not hardback either...
