It's the shoot button plus L1 (or whatever you have set for changing players) for me. I've noticed you have to put more power than FIFA09 to get it off the floor. I think it's about 2/3 to 3/4 on the power bar, but it seems to vary from player to player.

I don't like the the pre-game line up animation. If you play a flat 4-4-2, it appears as a diamond, often with the more defensive players in the attacking role and vice versa. It's the same with other formations - see Liverpool's default line up in the demo. It's a minor issue, but annoying.

I didn't really take face editing into consideration in my initial post. I only really edit kits and emblems (especially in Master League). I guess the only things I do when it comes to editing players are changing their hair and free-kick styles. It would be great if they would bring back...
