Well, you never have been able to on Pro Evo, apart from goal replays. You will just have to make sure you select to replay from the pause menu when you would like to watch a replay, but on PES4 this has to be selected far quicker than in previous PES games.

Ive managed to do this in most matches, usually with Ljungberg or Reyes, i think it is just to do with timing, and dependent on the ball being in the right position. If not, ive just been very lucky in performing this trick ;)

That looks a very strong team, how about trying to sign Juve's Emerson as defensive midfield cover? His a very under-rated player IMO but is always very good on PES games i find. He should be easier to sign than the likes of Vieira and Davids aswell.
