I still prefer consoles to PC's. Maybe you do not need to upgrade your pc every year, but look at how GTA iv turned out. If yopu didn't upgrade, you couldn't play it in the highest settings. ^I don't know about my lcd (if it's 200hz in motion) but it doesn't do it on my ps3. For example fifa 09 has more framerate issues that pes 09 (doesn't mean to start a fanboy fight).
