You can tell you've never played a max Payne game before Sminky. Diving down stairs backwards with twin uzis shooting guys at the top and contsorting yourself to shoot people at the bottom is what this series is about. It just wouldn't work in first person.

Its a third person game Sminky. Of course there are no iron sights you rancid gash. Hard lock auto targets for you. Soft lock gives aim assist iirc. Free aim is just you and the pad killing people by the thousand.

It is barn. Just finished the game. Chapter 14 was insane. Loved every minute if it barring the countless deaths i suffered at the very beginning of the chapter. That was probably the hardest part. Brilliant game. I hope the wait for Max Payne 4 isn't as long as we had to wait for this...

I have yet to play the game with soft-lock; may invest some time in multiplayer using it just to get my level up and unlock better weapons, but right now i'm focused on finishing the main game. Picked up where I left off last weekend halfway through Chapter 10. Chapter 11 was a bit m'eh but...

My comments regarding multiplayer were only made as I know we could've had a laugh diving off cars with each other (PES sessions). However, it will in no way affect my desire to buy this, multiplayer is not necessary in every gamme imo.

Looks can be deceieving, I love the series and the combat is great, especially when you use weapons and heat moves!! This game will tide us over until GTA V quite nicely i'd say, after Saints Row 3 last year, i'm in the mood for anotehr good sandbox game

Brilliant game, finished it on the 3DS not too recently. Loved every minute of it.

For the fags. Some of it (free roam warfare etc, story being affected by your successes/failures) sounds really interesting

Chapter 7 was pretty damn crazy, to much need for shooting from cover at points though..Chapter 8 is currently my favourite along with Chapter 4 now.
