Well it turns out that third stadium was Newlands, from Ajax Cape Town. Dont jump into conclusion too quickly, the stadium looks great. Although its strange there is no Bernabeu.

ON your first point, for Konami's defense; It happens in real life as well, and in tha light you can say its realistic. I hope Konami makes players movement on the pitch better, its bad(not as bad as EA's persiflage on a football game).
