Well, I've changed all teams to Irish and all their banners are still in foreign language. As for transfers, I'm only about 5-6 games into my ML and clubs have been signing a lot of foreign players, I'm not sure if clubs have signed players from within the league yet.

I get that but I'm on about people who create full leagues out of the fake European one. There's a PS4 editor over on Evo-Web, it lets you edit teams name, nationality etc. And also all players stats as well.
