The towel trick is a short-term fix, I'm afraid. I tried it and it only worked for about three days. If you're happy to do this every time your console breaks, go for it - it's cheaper than having to buy a new console.

One of the readers' comments made me also realise that I've played this demo for ages, much more than any other. I'm actually playing it as if it's a full game. I can only imagine how immersed I will be when the full title is released.
