Everything would be fixed if you use my version PES2008_EDIT01.bin, and you wouldnt have to edit anything in GGS...but all the tweaked gameplay would be gone though.

I just checked the files, and i think he actually edited the .bin files that goes in My Documents to alter the gameplay. Therefore the options files would not work with the Championship Patch, and I have no idea what he altered within these files to achieve these results.

Bin Files flags_128x128_8092.bin and flags_64x64_8093.bin in cv_0.img. Their emblems are located near the end of these .bin files. You also need to have to use indexed colour PNGs which means you would have to edit the alpha channel (transparency) manually within GGS (Game Graphic Studio)...

I think it would be ok to just install the Championship Patch over what has already been edited as I think the tweaked gameplay data is stored in completely different .bin files. But I'll have to check to make sure though...I'll come back abit later to confirm.

You would have to manually load the option files in-game and then save while also turning autosave on, and it seems you have failed to patch cv_1.img properly (and maybe rv_e too).
