Ok, re-insert your PES5 disc. When the AutoRun pop up bar comes up with options such as 'Play', 'Uninstall' and 'Settings', click 'User Registration', which is the bottom right of the lot. A Internet Explorer page should come up, and take your registration from there.

I hate the visuals, if it was similar graphics to Spider-Man 2 I'd be interested. But I find the whole comic book visuals in a game really irritating.
