I really don't know where to begin... :huh: Ok.. so... ...FIFA's 360 degrees is too free... PES in 360 degrees it's like playing PES 6 which was only 8 way directional control? Yet even though it (allegedly) is 360 degrees it's not as freeform as FIFA (which incidentally is 360 degrees)...

Not according to the review in PSM3... it's more 16 way - as was the case in the unflattering demo.

Praise the lord.. PES is back to it's PS2 best... I'm guessing y'all missed the last bit though? It still has the PS2 flaws, so basically it's PES6 with pretty graphics and 16 way dribbling. Not much of a coup when you think about it, is it

According to a recent magazine review, PES2010 is supposed to be a return to the playability of PS2 versions. Unfortunately with the same flaws... But hey, it looks pretty... :unsure:

In FIFA i play as a striker & have a had a good record against CPU due to my unusual movement! In reality my position was wide (slow but tricksy) or CM/CDM or SWP.

Damn my PS3!!! On holiday until next tuesday (12th) then hopfully I can get the bloody thing fixed and working after I get back and allow y'all the benefits of my talents :smug:

Agree with Don (and as I've said in this thread already), the d-pad feels so restrictive after using the stick. I also haven't come across the management bugs, probably as I started my mm as Bury!!! I like a challenge :smug: So far, so loving it. It's far superior to any prior next gen footy...

Stay on the stick!!! Up to playing 2010 demo I always used the d-pad. After using the stick, switching back to the pad really does limit the movement you have.

Forza 3 demo is far too small!!! Thouroughly enjoyed it though, great feel to it and the track in the demo is both beautiful to behold and a joy to thrash round. Definate purchase on release day. Been far too long waiting for a top class driving game.
