Yeah that little bug exists in all versions of the game, i never encountered it and the door opened fine for me though.

It's being marketed as a spin-off title, which is why they have free reign to change the gameplay and shit. This is not Metal Gear Solid 5, which will undoubtedly be helmed by Kojima. That being said, I havent played and finished a Metal Gear titles since MGS 2. Could never get into 3 or 4...
