I dont think it really matters tbh. It is the same with BAL acheivment, play for ten different clubs, and I got that in 09 with about 4 BAL'S. Don't delete the 5 season won just in case.

Depends really, if they are on the loan transfer list then yes they will loan if on transfer list they will go perminately and if they are not on any list I think (well from my xp so far) they are perminant.

Not sure you can unlock them but you can create a team, by creating the players and get their stats off pes stat database and use them stats. And get a squad of players you want eg. George Best, Eric Cantona, Dennis Irwin, Roy Keane etc.
