If there are too many bookings for it, that is because users are doing it too much. We state in the rules thread that double posts are not allowed and it is up to the users to adhere to that rule. I agree.

You can't, only admins can (perhaps mods too though not sure). It makes your job that bit more difficult. Basically when responding to a second quote you'd need to start as though you're replying to that post, copy the information, go to your first post, edit it, paste that quote into it and...
