    Hmm go on training & use somebody with very high heading, jumping stats. for example Morientes.

    Try to press Circle (My shoot button) as you would if you were to head the ball in real life. It's all about timing. Press too late & your player will probably volley or miss it. Hit too early & you'll miss it or won't get a good enough connection on it.
