Quality goal. I never managed to score an overhead kick in PES5, but I did get plenty of scissors.

I saw an ad in the paper from Blockbusters. The deal is: Xbox 360 (Premium) PES6 Gears Of War PGR3 another game, but I forget what it's called. All for £350. I know it's £50 over your budget, but it's not a bad deal. I'm sure Argos will have something better. ;)

Shecchenko, Batistuta, Nedved, Rosicky, Jarni (ISS 98, the Croatian and Yugoslavian teams back then were awsome), Mahdavikia, Luis Hernandes - are the first few that come to mind. I remember there being an Argentine player in the first ISS. I think it was Redondo or something - obviously not...

I don't like the keepers in PES6. They can either be super shit and let in stupid goals like that, or they can be insanely good and stop shots flying into the top corner.

So does it mean when you throw your pad across the room in anger, the players would run across the screen? :tongue:

I've only had the game for a week, and I've hardly played it. Just scoring gets me excited.

It also depends on how long the player has left on his contract. The longer he has left for the contract to end, the more difficult it is to sign him.

I remember him being extremely fast, but I'm not sure if he's as fast anymore.

Solitaire. I've been addicted to this game for most of this year. :huh:

I'm not going to sign because they're going to bring back all the missing parts anyway, either through updates during January or Febuary, or just on PES7, then we'll think "this is the greatest version ever" (but of course, they'll take other bits out).

That is such an English tactic :tongue: Anyway, nice one for the help, but I like to keep the ball on the floor and pass my way to goal, rather than hoofing it. ;)

I'm not usually into these type of games, but the trailers in the first post look excellent, and the plot and things you can do sound great. The 2nd video reminds me of Terminator's vision of the future, but with monsters instead of robots.

I'm the same as you. I like variety in my play, and I try to avoid these guaranteed moves/goals, because it just becomes boring otherwise.

Same here, but the problem I have is actually putting the ball in the back of the net, even if I'm one on one with the keeper, I seem to either put it wide, or sometimes the ball floats when you shoot. The main problem I have is the responsiveness of the d-pad. The stick is fine, but I...

I hope so. I'm struggling to score goals at the middle level (I forget the name). Usually, it takes me about a month to 'master' the game. So, I've got three more weeks of pain, anguish and fustration coming up. :)

Some companies gave tramps money to buy PS3, so the companies could sell the PS3s at extremelyt high prices. Apparently, PS3 is going to cost £270 :shocking: There have also been complaints that PS3 can't play a lot of the games from previous consoles...

I'm still going to get a 360 and PES6, but I was never really convinced to play online anyway. It seems to be too much of a problem. Very informative post though. ;)

I don't know if it's possible on PES6, but try to post replays and goals at normal speed. The keeper looks bad, whih makes the goal look bad. ;)
