As I say, I'm not 100% certain on it but I'm pretty sure you can't change the Master League group names unfortunately. It sounds as if Konami have upgraded the ML this year though with the addition of real currency, european competitions etc. Shall be very enjoyable since I already love the ML...

Are you using Firefox Dundon's? If so, just try and download an add-on which will block pop ups. I'd recommend Ad Muncher (originally recommended to me by Sweey), and I've had a completely add-free PESGaming for months now. Clean.

@ Blade: To change the names of the leagues, I think this has to be done through the Edit Mode although I don't think this would translate over to the Master League as they'd all still be called League A,B,C,D etc. I only think the name changes work for when playing the normal "League Mode".

I've only ever dealt with Play once, with PES 2008 - my brother pre-ordered it for me and it arrived quite a few days after the release date. I guess I'm in the minority though since everyone else I speak to has good service with them.

Just a quick question. I'm currently out of season (end of first season) in my Master League and I've noticed I seen any entrances or build up for my league matches throughout the season. Is there any way I can turn these on, I can't seem to see the option in General Settings - am I missing...

I don't think the actual squads need to be cut down in size at all, if anything we must encourage larger squads for a bigger roster of players from Konami. Either that, or adding more fringe players to each team, and creating the 1st team, and also a Reserve team - for example with Manchester...

Very annoying, but I'm pretty sure Konami have mentioned they've sorted this problem out for PES 2010 and they react accordingly thankfully. :) I agree about possibly having a teammate trying to distract the wall though, quite often when playing with my friend in our 2-player Master League...
