Don't worry, it's a problem within the game, not your TV. I've actually played PES 2008 on both SD and HD TV's, and to be honest, I prefer it on SD TV.

It's not a great OF anyway, especially during the Master League. There's lots of "NO PLAYER NAME" players in 80% of the other league teams - really annoying.

The only way I've done it is by recording the TV with my digital camera and then putting them online that way. Apparently, you can plug the PS3 into the back of a DVD recorder and do it. I've got one, but not got around to trying it.

If it was as simple as that, then possibly, but I just don't think it will be. So what you're saying is to have an OF with all the Eng clubs/transfers in the ML, start with only a few with kits, save the ML. Then, if you delete them, put 5 more on and save a new ML, surely only those 5...

I personally prefer to play as a "small" real club, and build them up from there. So you won't get bored of winning all the time, because on a hard difficulty, you won't do that.

To me, it always seemed like playing in Exhibition mode was always easier than playing a League/Cup. Whether that's just because of the fatigue, I don't know.

Yep - Similar to what Ads said above, just go to settings and turn the volume of the music all the way down.

I never meant "conservative" as in, keep it at 1-0 and just play out the rest of the game. As I've already mentioned somewhere above, it's not as easy to do that on this version. What I meant was, once I get a goal, I tend to change my shape a little and just take things a little slower...
