That really annoys me. This is the most annoying thing in pes. Speed is overrated. I need to see a more defensive game and the defence and tackling abilities need to be more active in pes.

I like pes 09, but yeah, the animations are bad.

I use manual because I like to adjust everything myself.

^That's the problem. The AI decides for you. Excactly. I hope pes 2010, has less "AI decides for you" things and will have a manual control system.

I don't want to start a fifa vs pes war. But in Fifa 09, the AI cheating is much less and yet, the game is still difficult. Why can't pes be the same? I really hate the cheating because it takes place in 2 players too.

I only play fifa and pes as football games. If I had to choose a real football sim, maybe a cross between pes 6 (the you'll never know what will happen factor), 5 (the defence) and something from pes 09 (shooting maybe). Fifa 09 is definately the best fifa game ever made, but still not next...

Like I said. Compared to other next gen games, fifa and pes are behind. Still I do enjoy them.

^GTA IV's graphics are awesome. Look at how big/detailed and look at how many thigns you can do. I mean the game is really nig and has lots of other things to do, apart from visual beauty. But the graphics are great in GTA IV. Yeah the messi pic is awesome.

To end this. It's a proven fact that both pes 09 and fifa 09 are lacking realism and could have been much better. Still, I like them, but both are outdated and both could have been much better.
