You need to allow port 3658 to be forwarded by your router. All routers are different so I can give explicit instructions on how to do this. Search via Google for a guide on port forwarding for your specific router.

Defragment the drive if you haven't already done so. My Computer -> Right-click on the drive -> Properties -> Tools tab -> Check Now
