I think the Red-Dot Sight solely depends on what gun you're using. I find that the AK's are far better without a Red-Dot Sight, sometimes even better with an ACOG, especially in maps that require that tiny bit of extra range such as Backlot etc. The Red-Dot Sight is a must though when using guns...

To be honest mate, I think pulling the shirt itself is luck of the draw depending on the positioning of your player in comparison to that of your opponent. Plus I don't think it's possible to pull a player way back either by tugging on his shirt.
