yes game graphic studio 7.4.0, get ur pes iso image on pc,open game graphic studio,open iso in that,left hand side u will see all img's ie dt04,dt05 etc, right click each img and hit replace img then replace with downloaded one from patch then burn,

yes it has all international kits - a few that are in game edited as there was lack of space,but in general yes international kits
