Yeah it will save in your PS3 pictures, then once you boot up PES, go into create a player, edit face, then use import data, search for your saved image, then adjust it to fit correctly, to do this press triangle, that will allow you to adjust the face features, then press square to adjust...

@ pategato (here you go mate, possibly might need to re-do your nostrils as the image did not display any, But the new face importation in 2011, has pre made nostril holes, so try and map it in and see how you get on!!! )
