I'm not. It's true, it's tons better than 08. The game speed is better, the shooting and curl are great, freekicks are as great as Pes 5, Ai don't score every freekick, Speed isn't everything, you need to be a pro to play pes 09 (next gen and ps2) and it makes you feel pretty good after scoring...

IS ANYONE FINDING NEGOTIATIONS REALLY, REALLY HARD IN THIS GAME? It's really annoying, I can't get Balotelli.

^I watched 3 serie A games and the MAN UTD game this weekend. The referee, was good but he awarded a penalty that wasn't for example. He called several fouls when they weren't in the Milan match. THAT'S REALITY.

Pes 2009 next gen is the best game of Pes. I just can't understand how the ps 2 version is better because I have it and it's not.

Referees = mistakes. They're humans after all. They make mistakes in almost ever real foorball match in terms of fouls.

Same here. I used to play on SD and when I swtiched to HD, Pes was vastly improved.;) It actually looks next gen on HD.

Pes 09 is the best pes game to date, but it's my opinion. About bugs: I never experienced any so far (360 version) but I did with pes 6 and pes 2008 especially. I think some bugs on pes 09 happens because of a slow PC.

Defending is tons better than 08 though as now I can stop Ronaldo for instance.

^I have an ml with Napoli. You're in for a good chalenge. They're slow and the abilities aren't that good.

It's because players with a 1yr contracts can't be loaned. I finally found the cause of some players that I couldn't loan. Now I know the reason.:cool:

I started with Napoli (really slow and low stats) on REGULAR. I was promoted to Serie A (I call it like that since it has all the italian teams). This year, I'm struggling but I'm 1ST place in the standings and in a 5 minute match. I managed to win against Inter.:w00t:happy:
