Yes it does mate.. Strangly it dosent affect it directly but you may have to reinstall the konami update again.. the good thing is that via the game..you get a detailed discription as to whats gone wrong.. so for example if it dosent load it explaines you may need to reinstall the konami...

Yes its possible but not by me.. if they had a section to place these teams away from the rest so they wont end up in the champions league or league cups etc then it could work. It would be nice to have classic teams but theres 100's of teams that people would want to see..
