no. I'd say this is the most frustrating aspect of the game, as someone already rightly said, players seemed to move into space much better on the previous generation.

I suppose it all depends on how long you want the game to be. I'm all for the whole map, but we could do just the square and shopping centre for instance... There's only so many places you can go so I don't think it'd take too long to fins someone.
