Cheers chap :) I agree with you on the player points, only genuinely fast players should be skinning defenders. I wonder whether Konami will be able to get the balance righ - Didn't they weight the speed system in favour of defenders on PES4? I think PES5 or PES6 had the speed system...

Ali its terrible how it is now, I understand the wing whore point but the system is weighted so heavily in favour of defenders. A fridge freezer could catch Walcott now. I'd like to see the following for PES2012, Affected dribbling when in full flight: no more legging it at light speed...

Yeah that is annoying. Cristiano Ronaldo used to have that. On MLO I only tend to sign players with 7 for form and 80+ for stamina. Anything less than 6 means purple arrows for games and games at a time.

I wasn't calling you a wind up merchant mate :) The game speed really ticks me off on this game but I play mostly long ball now so its not an issue. A narrow diamond formation seems to undo Top Player AI, so I'm sticking with that.

I don't care if anyone wants to rant. Its the wind up merchants that are the issue. I'd be very surprised if the same speed system is used on PES2012. On +2 gamespeed you'll find players have slighty more burst of acceleration, not to the point of being able to skin other players but enough...
