It sounds weird. Have you checked online? Patch should be 1.03 and DLC 1.06. You should contact Konami support. Try once again and if it doenst work contact Konami.

Then do this. Before you download the game go to xboxlive and download the patches. Afterwards you do exactly as mentioned in the other post. The downloads should be in the there as well as the demo. Ill be here to guide you.
