Xboxes don't have the folders, we have single files. Make sure you download the latest full file from Paul - he uploads a lot of update folders that don't have everything in it.

You need PS3 or PC version donor files in order to convert them. Your best bet is to download one of the option files (a PS3 one so you can see preview files of each kit) and just select/convert the ones you actually want. Have a look at the PS3 save data editing thread. :)
