Hmm this thread explains a lot. I've suffered a couple of ratings screen crashes. I use the quick sub option 90% of the time so this would explain why I've only seen it a couple of times. Happened on PES6 a few times too. Not sure about the sub glitch as I ruthlessly skip every cut scene...
