    r u using the proper cd? ie out the shops? if so then u need a certain cable to be able to do,best option is to download an iso of the game if you know where.. before u do anything is ur 360 modded?

    you need to keep the rv_e from a fresh iso,if u try patching over and already patched one ie blues or kees older file u might have some problems so best create an iso and start from scratch with these files uploaded
