Well the processor and memory are more than adequate. The 9550 isn't a great card - just alright - and from what you've mentioned so far I would assume that it is the root of your problem.

Tried adjusting the refresh rates just in case? You should alterntively be abele to disable SLi, run the game and see if it removes the line without doing much else. That way you'd know if it is the SLi or not.
