Have you tried importing those teams a second time? Sometimes, there might be errors that are fixed easily if you import the teams again. Also, check your created players section. If it's full, delete all the created players that aren't in any teams (the free agents) and try to import those...

You can't do that because Eredivisie teams are licensed, which means you can't change kits, emblem, etc. Your best option would be overriding portuguese league. Keep Benfica, Braga, Porto and Sporting, and override the other 14 teams ;) EDIT: I think Copenhagen is in the game, so only 13 teams...
