because this is a press release where they are supposed to be "bigging the game up" and they have given us one shot that looks exactly like last years poor attempt which disappointed so many loyal fans.

Viperized - I thought that about that particular shot, looks exactly like 2008, but the other shots look better... haha same here! Particularly in the wide stadium shots - it's never looked anywhere near as good as that on other versions. We might finally get the grass we've waited for!

hmmm it may be just me, but this looks identical to pes 2008 does it not? The other shots are way more exciting. The stadiums and pitches look way better, as does the lighting. And it also looks like they have taken EA's sweaty look...

but still looks as good as any football game since! - Those nets!!

pace seems to be the main issue on PES 08, it's always at a constant speed, there's no variation. If by working on the "pace" they have made it possible to control the pace of the game (not constantly fast), then we are potentially onto a winner.

this game is breathtaking. very very good. Though mines only in 720 :confused:
