I have suffered slowdown to the point that it cripples the gameplay, it is installed to the HDD. Replays are shocking.

Good point. i have always wondered if they make the games fall short on purpose to build anticipation for next year. I haven't played the game yet, but I will no doubt love it, as the issues you mention always bug me but it's like love... I can't stay mad at the game for such things ;) I will...
