If your transfers are not as they should be.. Go to the edit menu.. transfers>>>>> ... reset to default>>> it should now be that of the konami update...

If you dont install the konami update then you will have to do transfers yourself.. sorry.. I need to spend my time to move forward with v1.5 Transfers should be easy for you to do as you have all the kits and stuff already.. I wish I had only transfers to worry about... :)
