I have noticed shooting and turning problems on 'TVs' themselves believe it or not. Whenever I'm at my dads, I have a tele thats a decent size (19-21inch) but is reletively old to say the least. And when I play WE8:LE the whole gamplay seems to be somewhat 'slow'. The shooting and turning etc...

Never mind then. It's a cover that helps chip your PS2 and it comes with a disc that gives you the option of regions (black&white into colour)... Swap Magic I think the disc is called. The discs might work on just a modified PS2 as well though, so just type it into Google and see what comes...

In that case, yes. The whole ball was over the line for a start so I really do think you have been screwed over :D But that has happened to me a couple of times, especially with goalkeepers because when they are holding the ball they are unable to take it out due to there being a forcefield...
