Olá, Eu sei que já é um pouco tarde para responder, mas talvez encontres os kits em algum option file. Se ainda não estiverem todos licenciados é porque o formato do kit mudou e os editores ainda estão a converter os kits para o novo modelo, o que pode levar um bocado.

The commentators are Pedro Sousa and Luís Freitas Lobo. They have been in game for years. I must say that Konami should record new comments, I've been listening to the same for years and years. Portuguese FIFA commentary is slightly better in my opinion. It's not so robotic I think.
