I'm with you on that. Capt Canuck - Wilshere was decent, but not great for us last season. So his rating at the start of the game was fair. Danny Sturridge is alread pretty good in PES 2011, apart from his finishing.... which is ironically the skill in which he has excelled in since joining us.

Obviously some of the Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord players will be well known. Maybe a few of the Twente ones too. Konami never spend very much time on these players. Hell, they hardly spend any time on any of our players (which you could argue are more well known than a lot of the Eredivisie...

I can't see them spending much time updating the lesser known Eredivisie players, no matter how much the deserve it. I'll be surprised if there's any updates at all, if there is, I can only see it happening for the big players.

Konami have the right ideas IMO, they just take them too far in the wrong direction. For example, too much "momentum shifting" = scripting. They've also tried to impliment how balance and your angle on goal dictates your shooting... but again they've taken it too far so too many shots are...

I've had this problem before. It's usually do to my internet having an "off week". Other times, if I load up PES when someone else in my house is already hogging the internet at the time, I'll get that message. My internet is pretty bad, I need it to be working at it's max capacity, with only me...
