dunno mate.... all i can recommend is to open EVERY folder in every partition untill u find the pes 2008 folder :) . Also another consideration is A)if u r using vista B)do u need to update the drivers (manually update drivers and point to the xport download as the source).

PS. don't delete your master league, try it first, my OLD master league save and all my cup competitions from my other hard drive work with the new edit file without deleting so u may want to experiment before deleting all your hardwork, just delete your uniform and edit files before updating
