Creating whole leagues can take it's time. :) If you want help, maybe you could create a league creation thread like this one, and ask people if they want to get involved in your project (I can't help you much because I already have my giant list of teams to do)...

Are these teams going to be compatible with the classic clubs on the h777's thread (http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=100670)? If so, I would have a lot of classics to play, not only national teams but also Classic clubs :) Your teams replace PLA league and Other South America Teams right?

Xbox doesn't allow people to import images and files, so editing is very limited, and as almost every PES team is unlicensed, many people doesn't like to play PES on Xbox.

I don't have yet but it's on my list of teams to do. It was one of the last teams I was going to do on my PES (I was doing first Europe, then America/Africa then Asia/Oceania), but I can do it this weekend if you want it so much :)
